First of all, I’m ecstatic because I love your “Worlds Apart” universe and it makes me very happy to read about the boys again! I could totally see this happening, especially at that time in Angel and Spike’s relationship. There was too much tension between Spike and Wes and Angel had to forgive them both for what happened. And a threesome is the best way for that. Seriously I think this works perfectly with the story and that they all needed it. I mean what Spike and Wes had couldn’t just go away and even though Spike loves Liam, he’s a player; I can see why it wouldn’t be too easy for him to be in a monogamous relationship, especially with a temptation like Wes!
Your characterizations where as always spot on and I loved the dynamics in the story. Angel trying to take over but not knowing how, Spike making it better for all of them, Wes making peace with Liam. It was so beautiful honey! I really loved it! I almost melted when Wes called Liam gorgeous and when Spike called him his “sweet Angel”. And when Angel admitted that we would like Wes to join them again!
And a last thing. As much as I loved Willow and Wesley together, in my mind Willow is gay and I like her like that. :) Wes and Oz are the only two I can picture Willow with but I can’t say I’m too upset they broke up. Besides it didn’t work out that bad for Wes. ;)
