Yes, I understand being true to your OTP, but honestly, in this fic, Dean and Cas are head over heels for each other. They do sleep around a bit, but they really only have eyes for each other.

I really hope you can get past that, and give this a chance!

I'm glad you liked 'This, and So Much More'. This story is nothing like that one. Way more angst and way less schmoop :) But you've obviously read the warnings.

The Wincest is really barely a mention. It's not at all detailed, and I think it was actually pretty innocent and sad.

I really really loved it. Halfway through the story I worried that it might be too angsty for me. I am glad you listed all the warnings and stuff upfront, cause otherwise I would have stopped reading after the Sam/Cas incident thinking that you just like messing with your readers and that there wouldn't be a happy ending. I am now going to read it all again in the safe knowledge that I can get invested into the story and that it has a happy ending. Thank you for sharing :-)

There's a part of me that hates giving away pairings and warnings at the start, because it sort of ruins the story if you pretty much already know everything that's coming. But I totally understand the need to know those things.

I love fics where people are unfaithful, but I get the same way when I see it happen in someone's fic. If I don't know my guys are getting back together, it makes me really iffy about continuing.

Ok so I might have stumbled on to this story on fanfiction, then got rather upset when you didn't update at the speed of my liking and spend 3 hours learning how to work livejournal to find this story, make an account and read it, all of it. I also may have done this all in one night. Sleep is much need now dude to me staying up for 36 hours, I blame the amazing writing for my recurring insomnia.

Damn, that was all kinds of angsty. I admit I was getting worried when Dean seemed to be indulging in his man-pain (SO MUCH MAN-PAIN) and Cas was a fucking asshole in the beginning, and Gabriel was a fucking asshole throughout but Sam was a sweety. Yay Sammy!

About the fic, though, it was well-written, the characters were IC (Cas mainly by his language and attitude, really) and the ending was so sweet and made even more so by the fact that the main body of the fic was just a clusterfuck of feelings and lies, self-indulgent man-pain, imbalanced relationships and cheating etc. The ending made it all worth it.

I don't mean to go on; just came to tell you this fic was great and I'm glad I stumbled across it, and even happier that you sent me the file in time for a 4 hour.train ride.
