Summary: ~Dean has to deal with Cas coming back as Claire. (err, with implications that Dean are Cas are already lovers, so)
Me: Gross! I totally have to read that...
This is the kind of thing where, if the author is careful, it can be right up my alley and really fuckin' interesting. More likely though, it'll make me queasy and I'll throw up in my mouth.
Gah, I miss Wincest, where the fucked up kinks were pretty damn tame. *cries*
So... if anybody has read anything amazing lately, feel free to let me know what that was, and save me from disturbing, underage, non-con vessel!sex.

Here's the author's description: Castiel is standing six inches too far inside Dean's personal space, and the two of them are playing intenser-than-thou while Sam fidgets impatiently with the strap of his bag and thinks about how it's a hell of a lot drier inside the car. Post 5.07ish.
My description: This story is sort of a Destiel-if-you-squint as seen through Sam's point of view. I really liked the author's look inside Sam's head here, and how Sam views - and tries to understand - the relationship Dean and Cas have. I loved the subtle humor amid the mostly serious plotline. There's a companion piece that focuses mostly on Dean and Castiel, but this one was my favorite. It was the fanfic that made me wish there was more good Sam and Castiel-centric fics out there.
As for porn... I read a post season 9 fic where DemonDean was of questionable morality and decided that since he was a demon, he had demon blood, and that Sam should have some of that blood. He gives it to Sam via sneaky means, but the end result is Sam wants more, but Dean doesn't give it for free per se. Porn ensues. Along with some vague plot that they can now go kill major demon ass between the two of them and take over the place (I sometimes like Dark and/or Evil Sam and Dean porn... and if you like that too, I have a rec or two there as well).
I sadly don't remember who wrote it or even what it was called - though I could likely find it if you're interested. Mostly I kept thinking "this story would be completely awesome if Rockstarpeach wrote it!" *hint, hint, hint*

I'll check out that fic, sounds like it might be kinda cool. Though I'm not into wincest at all these days, so pretty much anything with that pairing is a no-go for me. Unless it's completely AU, which I tend not to enjoy for other reasons.

Sam grows up in a sort of concentration camp for monsters. Dean grows up as an only child and a hunter with John. Dean forms a strange friendship with a "monster" he sees one day in the freac camp while his father is on hunter business and eventually vows to get him out of the camp. That would seem to be the happy ending, but even living a regular life isn't as easy as it would appear.
This story is long and not for the faint of heart - it's rough going sometimes, and there's serious Sam abuse here. But the high points and nice moments are worth the "pain" for me... part of the authors' descriptions in the warning (which I suggest reading to see what you'll get into) say it nicely: "Other triggery content includes: extensive torture, mutilation, demeaning verbal abuse (especially of a sexual nature), brainwashing, PTSD, and triggering itself. This is a mean world. You know what else is scary? Our story is happier than canon." Heh after season 8, I couldn't agree more.
If you decide to proceed, I'd read slowly, because it's still a work in progress and new chapters only come out every couple of months or so now. I'm hooked though, so I have to wait it out till the end now.

If you haven't read it already, my rec would be "The Mountains In Reply" by 1shot. It's a nice look at Dean and Castiel's relationship through Sam's point of view as he tries to understand the bond they share. It's full of subtle humor and great observations. It's the fic that made me wish there were more good fanfics that explored Sam and Castiel's relationship. There's a companion piece that focuses on Dean and Castiel, but this one is my favorite. It's at fanfiction dot net and worth a look I think (searching for the author 1shot is probably easier - it's an older story. "Tin Soldiers' is also good).
In the porn department, I read a fic where DemonDean addicts Sam to demon blood again, Sam wants more, and porn ensues. I don't have the title or the author, because mostly I was thinking "this story would be awesome if Rockstarpeach wrote it" *hint, hint* But I can try to find it if you're interested
