I.... I'm not entirely sure what you're saying.

There is someone... probably at least a dozen different people... that post fic. The same types of fic. And the posts all look the same, have the same formatting, the same type of 'art' and all of these journals always comment to each other.

And they're NOT GOOD.

I can only conclude they are the same person.

I mean, I support anyone wanting to write but that person's writing is not my thing. And we've seen the multi sock puppets before. It's not new. And for snowed in Canadians that need a drink (or 12) real damn bad--it's very obvious.

This is hysterical and makes me love you all the more. I had no idea people did this. How do they have time? I can't even get through all the stuff coming into my inbox (I closed my eyes and deleted over 500 entries the other day, so I could get to a manageable 400+), much less write as much as this person apparently does.

Since the general consensus seems to be that you should have a drink, I'll urge nachos or something equally unwholesome upon you.

I know, eh? And the thing is, they write SO MUCH fic, too. I have no idea how they even have time to write all that, let alone long into all those different accounts to leave comments.

Ha! At first I wasn't sure, I just found myself looking at posts thinking 'oh, it's that person again' and then I looked closer and... no. Different username. Then I looked closer and saw that there were a shit tonne of different unsernames that all comment to each other and post fic with the exact same style.

And sometimes he posts with something written by TWO OR THREE of crazy different personalities.

I have nothing against people writing crappy fic - afterall you never get better if you don't practice, but the creepy back patting is rather disturbing (and hilarious).

God I hate "sock boy" as some of us know him. What a waste of time and space... honestly, commenting on your own stuff is bad enough, but does he actually think we don't know they're all him? o.0 Huh, well I guess he does because he keeps at it. Gah, idiot. I don't care for his writing or stories, either. It concerns me that someone can churn out SO much fic... that alone has to mean that the quality suffers, IMO. :/

I would feel like such a tool commenting on my own fic. What the hell would I even say? And yeah, how the hell could you do it FIFTY TIMES, pretending to be a different person every time?

That was the only thing that had me thinking MAYBE it actually was different people, was the sheer amount of fic. It's like... they must do absolutely nothing else, but write crappy fic and comment to themselves.

Omg I had no idea people could be so desperate. I'm very picky about my fic so I never even heard of this guy. I went and looked and...yeah. Some of the socks weren't even following any comms but they all follow each other. Lol.
