Okay, there's one word.



I loved how cute Sam was, with his puppy faces. Also his... messed up faces. I might be crazy again, but I feel like Sam's still acting kind of strange, like he's not entirely over the Lucifer thing and he's just pretending that he's not a complete loony. Plus, him and Jodie were just the sweetest! I always love her and I'm glad that Sam got to actually have some meaningful contact with someone, even if she was just a 'mother figure' helping him mourn his 'dad'.

(Though there was a dirty little part of me that wondered if Jodie was going to toss him around screw him stupid. **cough**)

Though I'm not sure how into the mourning Bobby thing Sam has been at all. Again I say - crazy. I'm giving him the benifit of the doubt that he's not just an asshole.

Semi-related personal anecdote...

So a couple friends went to see a movie one time. It was the middle of the afternoon and it was kind of an artsy theatre and there wasn't a big crowd.

Christian Slater was sitting in the row in front of them.

A guy pokes his friend in the side and says, 'hey, that's Christian slater'. A couple friends look over. The first guy taps Christian Slater on the shoulder and when he turns around, the guy says, 'Hi, man!'.

Christian Slater gives the guy a funny look, gives his friends the stink eye and gets up and moves a few rows ahead, where the group can't bother him.

It's possible that Christian Slater is an asshole, but we gave him the benifit of the doubt and decided he was probably just high.

So yeah... give people a chance and don't just assume they're an asshole, I guess, is the lesson...

Anyway!

Dean was so totally smokin' hot in that get-up, I seriously can't even. Dude. Plus, it was nice to see him excited about something. Like in the western. It makes me happy when he's not depressed and moping and actually looks like he's finding some joy in life.

And... what was he saying about 'stiffing' Eliot Ness? Uh... yes please? Folks, go forth and fic! I need that in my life so hard! I so love it when Dean fanboys people and did I mention KRYCEK!!!!!!!!!

Dude, Nic Lea is like... he's my Jensen Ackles. Only, ten years ago.

This episode, despite just being kind of so-so when viewed without my Nic Lea fangirl goggles, is very likely going to be on my top five most watched eps by the end of the year.

I seriously cannot get enough of Dean and Eliot making silly smiley faces at each other!

Oh. OH! And Sam... 'are you only into dick now...' LOL. Of course he's not ONLY into dick, Sam. You know that's just on the weekends ;)

But the end of the ep kind of left me all... bleh. I wanted a little bit of a brother moment and I didn't get one.

Really the whole ep left me feeling pretty happy, except for the lack of Dean/Sam. I mean, it came across as if they're not fucking. What's that all about? ;)

And as I was tagging, it occurs to me I didn't actually post any dirty origami this year. At the sci-fi convention this past summer the dirty origami panel was cancelled due to ilness, so I have nothing new to show.
