I'm writing a pairing I don't even ship and for some reason I have all these ideas and it wants to be really long and shit, but I can't actually write any of it. So I need a distraction. Jared's pretty sure that 'sucking the big man's dick' was not on his list of duties when he accepted this job.

Which is why, five seconds after Mr. Ackles walks into his office that first morning, Jared makes it a point to rise above and beyond the call of duty. Mr. Ackles (call me Jensen), in his perfectly pressed suit and carefully mussed hair and his eyelashes and his freckles, is just about the most attractive person Jared had ever been faced with.

And when faced with such beauty, when his knees weaken and his heart stammers and when words fail him, Jared does the next best thing.

He acts.

Instead of asking Mr. Ackles how he likes his coffee or what files he can get for him this morning, he stalks closer, sinks to knees and opens his mouth. Mr. Ackles blinks at first, taken aback but then he smiles, cups the side of Jared's face and opens his pants.

“Good, Mr. Padalecki,” he mumbles, as Jared swallows him down. “I like the initiative. I think you're going to work out just fine.”
